Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
In a small bowl season the crushed tomatoes with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough out into a large rectangle. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Spread the dough with the tomatoes, then a layer of soppressata, then cheese and then basil.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately!
Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
