Mango, Pineapple, and Spinach Smoothie

A delicious, healthy mango and pineapple smoothie with fresh spinach, and banana. This easy green smoothie recipe is vegan and protein-packed!

Ingredients

  • 2 c almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c frozen mango
  • 1 c frozen pineapple
  • 1 c baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds, chia seeds, or protein powder optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Divide between two glasses and serve!

Ingredient Variations and Substitutions:
  • Spinach: kale
  • Almond Milk: oat milk, flax milk, or any non-dairy milk
  • Hemp Seeds: chia, flax seeds, or protein powder
 
Tips for a Smooth and Creamy Smoothie:
  • If your smoothie is coming out chunky try adding more liquid and blending it longer. If it's still not smooth and creamy it may be time to upgrade your blender.
